Our August Employee of the Month is a man who wears many hats (mostly a fedora). Jay is our go-to-guy at McFadden's. He bartends, barbacks, serves, trains and has even been known to entertain a bachelorette party or two. Jay's work ethic never goes unnoticed by his fellow employees or managers.
Come see Jay behind the bar Happy Hour during the week or look for the guy carrying large kegs and cases through the bar on the weekend so you know to get out of his way.
